Social Media Manager
Because we’re a promotional non-profit, social media is critical to many of our efforts. We need a social media manager volunteer who can coordinate and implement our social media content.
This volunteer position is fully remote and requires approximately 3-5 hours per week, spread out over 4-6 days. The position has the potential to become paid, part-time work.
We’re looking for a social media manager to
- Assemble copy, images, and video from our content creators into posts for our Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, and YouTube accounts
- Repost our content in groups that are relevant to our mission
- Interact with people who respond to our social media content
- Track and report metrics on our social media activities
Depending on needs and skill sets, the person in this role might also generate content for posts and/or collaborate with the director of marketing to project manage the generation of copy, images, and video for use in social media, develop promotional calendars, and other tactical and strategic tasks.
We’re looking for people with a passion for education, youth mental health, and/or parenting. Experience in these areas is helpful.
